Anaerobic naturally processed Geisha beans from a West Valley microlot, lively, sweet, and rich, with a smooth, creamy body, candied fruit sweetness, chocolate richness and a complex lingering finish. Coffee sweetens as it cools, for a gourmet iced coffee or Cold Brew.

Suggested Roast Level: City or Full City to heighten lively topnotes, Vienna or darker for a Kona-sweet treat.

Each roast = 600 grams green coffee. You'll receive approx. 18 oz. of roasted beans. Brews about 33 full (9 oz.) cups of coffee.
