Mexico. A treat from the highlands of Veracruz. Lively, sweet and balanced, this naturally processed Gesha features very lively white wine topnotes, the flavor of ripe persimmon with chocolate richness and a sugary sweetness that melts into a clean, sweet finish.

Suggested Roast Level: City to emphasize lively notes, Full City or Vienna for more chocolatey richness, or go darker for an even sweeter, bolder cup.
