Current Welcome Coffee: February’s Midnight Treat is a Very dark roasted, smooth and heavy bodied with a rich, bold and complex flavor. Inspired by the coffee enjoyed in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. Baker's chocolate, dark-roasted chestnut and a hint of sweet spice. Roast Level: Southern Italian
Current Contrasting Coffee: February’s contrasting coffee is Organic Uganda Sipi Falls. In contrast to the rich darkness of Midnight treat, this Uganda is a gentle, sweet and lively African. It is organic and Rainforest Alliance certified coffee and features a medium body with a sweet floral aroma, zesty orange topnotes and cocoa richness. Roaster's Choice: City

Each 1/2 roast = 300 grams green coffee. You'll receive approx. 9 oz. of roasted beans. Brews about 17 full (9 oz.) cups of coffee.
