Our part of Illinois is now in Phase 3 of the state’s reopening plan. Many more businesses are open and small gatherings of people are now allowed. Since all of us here at Coffee by the Roast are healthy, and our neighborhood has stayed peaceful through the turbulent weekend, we are also open and will continue custom roasting coffee and shipping it fresh to our customers’ doors.
